TO ADD NAMES, AGES AND PERSONAL MESSAGES TO ITEMS.

When you buy the item to be personalised, please fill in the comments box on the checkout page with the message to be added. Please make sure all names are spelt correctly when ordering.

This is a free of charge service.

PAYING BY CHEQUE

All transactions are in pounds sterling

To pay by cheque

1) Select the pay by cheque box and follow instructions

2) Write your reference and your name on the back of the cheque.

DELIVARY

All orders are posted first class the day after payment has been recieved.

Uk oders should be recieved seven days after posting, for all other areas please allow fourteen days.

PAYPAL SERVICES

You do not need to have a paypal account to buy on this site.

Paypal is a safe and secure way of paying for items when using a credit or debit card.

WHAT TO DO IF GOODS RECIEVED ARE DAMAGED.

Please contact me in 7 working days of recieving the order via the email link on the contact us page

Explain the problem quoting your order number and name.

I will contact you and explain options.

I will do all I can to rectify the problem, however some items may need extra time to remake or have remade by someone else

If is going to take to long for you I will send a full refund including the cost of postage.

PLEASE NOTE

The items must be returned before a refund or new item will be provided, when returning items please included a recipt of postage cost for refund.

For your own beneifit please obtain a proof of postage form to cover you if the items get lost in the post when being returned.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED  WITH THE ITEMS RECIEVED.

Please contact me within 7 working days (14 if overseas) of recieving the items by email via the contacts us page leaving your name and order number and explaining why you are dissatisfied.
